Notary Public Stamp / Seal Requirements:
Rectangular ink stamp with a border. Required elements - name of the Notary, the words “State of Colorado” and “Notary Public,” the Notary’s ID number, and the Notary’s commission expiration date. No other information can be placed within the border or outline.
Ink color should be capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.
